the Disney masterpiece Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
cartoon characters, aptly called Toons,
take on a life of their own. For all the obvious
reasons they reside in a special place
known as Toontown.
True enough, Toontown lives
up to its nomenclature. Here structures are
shaped irregularly, the signs nothing short
of outlandish these arethe sorts a cartoon
would expect of home. In fact, every portal,
every lever, button, and handle make whimsical
sounds when opened.
Behind the wheels of an unconventional conveyance
a wild and wacky chase is in the guests hands.
In Roger Rabbit's Car Toon,
the goose chase unravels through the back
alleys of Toontown where
nefarious weasels are hot on the trail of
Roger rabbit and the unnerved
guests!
Those wondering how domesticity feels like
for animation historys most famous female
mouse may try visiting Minnie's House. Voyeurs
are up for more when they are given a chance
to peek in Minnie's refrigerator and watch
a cake bake in her oven.
But Mickeys House is where guests really meet
Toontown's most famous resident.
With that, they can even tour Mickey's backyard
Movie Barn. The Big Cheese is in the flesh
on the set of one of his films.Visitors can
have photo opportunities with the world's
most famous mouse.
Meanwhile Miss Daisy sets adrift on Toon
Lake. Donald's Boat belongs to Donald
Duck, where guests can float along and watch
an old Donald Duck feature.
Goofy's
Bounce House, especially made for tots, is
a wacky-looking dwelling that could only belong
to Goofy. Here kids can bounce to their hearts
contents, off the walls and even the furniture.
In Chip 'n Dale'sTreehouse,
the cunning chipmunk buddies have their domicile
in a big oak tree, an intriguing place to
explore and ogle at acorns.
Gadget is a force to reckon with in terms
of inventing. Thats in Gadget's Go Coaster
where roller coasters are not exempt, as they
are created here this character way. The vessels
careen around and splash through Toon Lake.
Located proximate to the entrance to Toontown,
the little Toon Park is designed
for the tiny tots. Youngsters aside, everyone
can simply lounge around this little patch
for relaxation.
